A Nursery Tour with Margaux from @thefrenchfolk

It has been a race against the clock to pull together this beautiful new baby nursery with mother-of-almost three, renowned interiors stylist and business owner, Margaux Follis. You likely know her as @thefrenchfolk on Instagram, serving up those perfectly pastel hues, candid snaps and day-to-day motherhood content.

We got Margaux's opinion on some of your burning nursery Q's, which are answered below as we take a virtual tour through this beautifully light and balanced baby room.

When asked about how she felt going into decorating her third nursery Margaux said, "All of my baby's nurseries have been different. I love re-creating the space every time, adding and removing different elements to suit the room".

"I find it so important that each baby has their own personalised space, which is why each room is so unique"

Similar to other stylists we have caught up with recently, Margaux echoed her love for Love Baby Cot's Cloud Rocker and Ottoman set.

"My absolute must-have would be a rocking chair. You need to have a comfy spot to feed baby at night and during the day. Oftentimes I happen to fall asleep in there too!".

Margaux also touched on how it is more than okay to draw inspiration from anywhere and everywhere when it comes to styling a baby nursery. "My tastes have changed so much over the years, but of course I still love scrolling on Pinterest. There's so many ideas and inspo to be found

there".

"Ultimately, the style of the nursery really just depends on the current trends and what I'm loving at the time of styling the room"

There are so many beautiful elements and hidden gems in the nursery, such as a minimalistic playmat from Little Wiwa providing not only style but practicality that will grow with your family to use for years to come.
